Manifesto of encouragement

By Dr. Vidya Reddy

Hello, and welcome. As a thought exercise, here are some words I feel compelled to share with you in the spirit of robust helpfulness. If you would like more information, techniques, and meditation based on Life Lessons, please refer to my podcast:

Right now:

There are Tibetan Buddhist monks in a temple in the Himalayas endlessly reciting mantras for the cession of your suffering and the flourishing of your happiness.

Someone you have not met yet is dreaming of adoring you.

Someone is writing a book you’ll read in the next two years that will change how you look at life.

There are nuns in the Swiss Alps in endless vigil, praying for the Holy Spirit to alight the hearts of all of God’s children – right now.

A farmer is standing over and looking at his organic crops, and whispering, nourish them.

Someone wants to kiss you, to hold you, to make tea for you. Someone is willing to lend you money. Someone wants to know what your favorite food is or wants to treat you to a movie – someday.

Someone in your orbit has something immensely valuable to give you, for free.

Something is being invented, right now, that will change how our generations live, how we communicate, heal, and how we pass on.

Dr. Vidya Reddy shares encouraging thoughts and calm

The next great song is currently being rehearsed.

There are hundreds of thousands of people doing yoga, right now – intentionally sending light from their heart chakras and wrapping it around our tiny blue planet.

There are millions of children assuming that everything is amazing and it will always be that way.

Someone is in profound pain and a few months from now, they will be thriving like never before – they just can’t see it from where they’re at today.

Someone is craving to be partnered, to be acknowledged, to arrive – and because they did the hard work of hauling years of oppression of their psyche – that luminosity will be floating in the ether and it will be accessible to you, to all of us.

Someone just this second, wished for world peace and they did it in earnest.

Someone is fighting the fight, so you don’t have to. Some civil servant is making sure that you get your mail and your garbage is picked up and that the trains are running on time and that you are generally safe.

Someone is dedicating their days to protecting your civil liberties and clean drinking water.

Someone somewhere is regaining their sanity.

Someone is coming back from the dead.

Someone is genuinely forgiving the seemingly unforgivable.

Someone is curing the incurable.

You. Me. Someone. Right now.

In Peace, Love and Gratitude.

‘Til next time.
