Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach offers Virtual Clubhouse programs

Though the physical Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach building may be closed due to the virus, the Virtual Clubhouse is open. The Virtual Clubhouse is a whole new way of delivering programs and interacting with young people during the global pandemic of COVID-19.

Our kids need us now more than ever and through virtual programs the staff at the Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach can give them the help and support they need to build the resiliency they need to navigate all the new lifestyle changes.

The Club’s Art for the Heart program is one of the most popular. This week the kids worked on understanding 3D and symmetry. They were asked to pick a shape first, then make a character out of that shape and share it with everyone. They also participated in a 3D Butterflies project and a good time was had by all.
